Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the performance of a product you purchase on this site, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Please retain your product and contact hello@bears-with-benefits.us using the Contact Form for product replacement and shipping instructions. Please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of the reason for the return.

All products must be returned. Please get in touch with our Consumers Engagement Department using the Contact Form. Our Consumer Department will provide you with specific shipping instructions.

For refund requests please contact our Consumers Department using the Contact Form. You will not be refunded any original shipping costs and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned product(s). Any refund request must be made 100 days from date of purchase, the product must have been purchased from one of our Website. The refund will be based upon the price paid at the time of purchase.
