Chaste tree
WHAT IS CHASTE TREE?
Chaste tree, a.k.a. chaste lamb, monk's pepper, Vitex agnus-castus, or simply Vitex, is a medicinal plant that belongs to the labiates family. Back in ancient times, the shrub's fruits, which can grow up to six meters high, were valued for their medicinal purposes.

What does chaste tree do?
Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus) is commonly used to help support hormonal balance in women. It is reported to help relieve symptoms of PMS (premenstrual syndrome) and is also recognized for supporting more regular menstrual cycles, whether too frequent or too infrequent. Additionally, it may help ease common symptoms experienced before menstruation, such as breast tenderness and cramps, as well as support women during menopause by reducing hot flashes, nervousness, and difficulty concentrating.
For a convenient daily option, chaste tree is also included in Femtastic PMS, formulated to help support hormonal balance and ease monthly symptoms.
